I was owner of Salisbury Music & Instrument Repair from 1983 until 2014. Trained as a Band Instrument Repairman, I have been repairing Band Instruments in the Delmarva area since the opening of Salisbury Music in 1983 . In 1994, Salisbury Music began selling Baldwin Pianos, and I began learning the intricacies of pianos. Salisbury Music exited the retail piano business in 2003, however I have continued to move pianos and rent pianos on a short-term basis in the Chesapeake Bay area. Piano Tuning was a natural progression and have been offering this service since 2010 to the Delmarva Peninsula.
In 2014, I closed the retail location of Salisbury Music & Instrument Repair and moved my business into my home in Delmar, MD. I also changed the name to Joel Smith Music.
In 2017, I moved my business to my new home in Parsonburg, MD. Everything has stayed the same
